Terms and Conditions for Call for Care

This Novocall Terms and Conditions constitutes an Agreement and is established between Novocall Pte Ltd and the entity or person willing to use and accessing the Service. Novocall Pte Ltd and/or its affiliates provides to be a subject of subject to the following Terms. Please review it carefully. 

  1. Novocall “Call for Care” Initiative (“Programme”) is offered by Novocall Pte. Ltd. (Incorporated in Singapore) (“Novocall”), subject to the following relevant terms and conditions.
  2. The eligibility of healthcare and medical providers are to be validated by Novocall.
  3. The period of the free software hospital benefit is from 17 February 2020 to 17 February 2021 (both dates inclusive). The period of software benefit means the recipient will enjoy free usage of Novocall’s software under the ‘Team plan’ as stated in novocall.co/pricing.
  4. Free software cannot be exchanged for money or anything else.
  5. If limits of the plan are exceeded, recipient will be requested to pay additional cost for any additional limits (credits, calls, users, sms etc.) that they request.
