How Novocall complies with GDPR

At Novocall we value your privacy and your users’ privacy. We want to be clear about the data we collect, how we use it and your rights to control that information, which is why we’ve made some updates to our Privacy Policy.

We value you and your users’ privacy, and that is why we updated our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement to be compliant with the new GDPR legislation.

Several points in our Privacy Policy to comply with GDPR:

  • Clarification on what personal data we collect and its purpose
  • Third parties we share personal data with

We also allow users’ rights to be forgotten/have data erased. You can erase the data of your users/leads from your call dashboard.
