The Challenge:

Validus initially used web forms to capture leads on their website. But about 30% of would-be-interested visitors dropped off halfway through the form because the process was too tedious. 

They also offered a company hotline on their website, However, they couldn’t track where the calls were coming from, what campaigns drove these calls, and whether the leads who called in were qualified. 

The Solution:

An increase in inbound calls

After using Novocall’s click-to-call widget for a year, Validus saw a 36% increase in inbound call volume. Because website visitors no longer needed to fill lengthy forms to get in touch with a representative, this made it much easier for visitors to connect with Validus. This also greatly reduced their drop-off rates. 

Tracking leads from Google ad campaigns

Unlike analog calls to a company hotline, web calls can be tracked. 

Novocall’s integration with Google Analytics allowed Validus to track leads from when they clicked on their Google ad campaigns, to when they convert. 

Validus was also able to identify the best-performing campaigns that drove the most leads to their website. This allowed them to optimize ad spend to lower their cost per conversion. With 20% of their AdWord leads converting through Novocall, he is able to increase leads and save money at the same time.
