Novocall for Agencies: Manage clients’ callbacks more easily

Today, we are releasing what we consider one of our bigger features – The Novocall Agency Dashboard.

When we built our callback software, we found that it really matches the needs of small and medium businesses, especially those that rely on calls or with a mid to high touch service model.

But when we approached them, a huge portion referred us to their marketing agencies instead, as many SMBs are usually serviced by agencies. This means that Novocall’s platform does not just have cater to the needs of businesses, but to agencies as well.

After working closely and consulting with so many agencies, we’re happy to introduce: Novocall for Agencies

Our first roll-out, will be an agency dashboard that allows for seamless client on-boarding and management for the callback platform.

Benefits of Agency Dashboard

The Agency Dashboard offers a better way for you to manage your clients’ sites from a single dashboard.

This way, agencies will be able to:

  • Allow clients full control of their dashboard & customization. (This saves time from managing so many clients!) 
  • Monitor clients’ call usage.
  • Generate monthly reports for clients.

In essence, the dashboard allows you to grant more customization and control of the widget and dashboard to clients, while still being able to monitor and control things from your end.

How do I set up an agency account? 

From your Novocall account, you can fill-up the form if you are an agency. Once we have approved it, you will automatically receive access to the perks, which include agency discounts for you and your clients.

Two ways to manage Novocall for your client sites:

1. Creating accounts – When setting up a client, you can invite them to set up their own account. This will allow them to manage it and pay for it themselves. You can then link clients to the Agency Dashboard so you will have access to their accounts.

2. Linking accounts – You can create and manage your clients’ accounts by creating them directly from the Agency Dashboard. In the case, the account will automatically be linked to your dashboard.

Diving in: The Overview Tab

The dashboard has 2 main tabs: Overview and Accounts

In the Overview Tab, you will be able to see the overview of all activities including: 

  • Call Usage (both you and your clients) 
  • Calls
  • Messages
  • Scheduled Calls

You’ll be able to change the dates and see your metrics populate accordingly.

The difference between the agency dashboard and the normal dashboard is how clients’ metrics are populated as well. This allows you to see which accounts are performing, and which are not, in just one glance.

The Accounts Tab

In the accounts tab, there are 2 things to look out for. 

Accounts
  • Personal account widgets
  • Clients’ accounts and widgets 
Creation & Linking
  • Linking existing accounts
  • Creating new accounts 

Billing for Clients

Agencies will also be able to create a temporary pricing page (fixed price) for your clients to pay for their plans. This is useful when: 

  • You create the account for clients, but require them to upgrade the plans themselves. 
  • Clients want to change plans, but do not want to access their accounts directly.
